Can I claim a Medicare rebate?
Yes, 'All Aboard Children's Therapy' is registered with Medicare Australia. Please talk to your GP to determine your child's eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management Plan, which will allow you to claim up to 5 individual Occupational Therapy sessions a year at a subsidised rate. Please note, a gap fee for services will still apply.
What if I need to cancel a session?
We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please contact us as soon as you know you aren’t able to attend (either via email or phone). Cancellation fees may apply, please refer to our service agreement for a full schedule of fees.
How long does the therapy program go for?
Therapy programs are tailored to your child's individual needs. We are a goal-based service; therefore, once the set goals have been achieved, we will stop direct therapy appointments to allow your child time to consolidate their new skills in their own environment. If you have any further concerns, your clinician will discuss options for a second block of therapy with you.
